Office Coordinator — Auckland

We are looking for a mature, professional, self-motivated and organised person who can help keep our office humming. Someone who can be the ‘glue’ in our Auckland office and help support an environment for us all to thrive.

We are looking for people from diverse backgrounds who have experience in some or all of the areas outlined in this job description.

You will.

  • Greet clients and visitors, making coffee and organising catering for meetings.

  • Assist in organising office functions, events, staff travel, and other general office coordination and administrative support.

  • Liaise with office suppliers (cleaners, building manager, security and maintenance).

  • Manage supplies (stationery, food, beverages) and help ensure the smooth running of office operations.

  • Ensure the office spaces and coffee machine are kept tidy at all times.

  • Manage incoming phone calls.

  • Onboard new people joining the office, supporting day to day HR administration.

  • In conjunction with the Services team, develop and improve office processes.

  • Participate in a vibrant, creative and purposeful team culture.

  • This is a part-time role 20hrs per week Monday - Thursday. We have a flexible working approach so hours per day can be agreed to fit around life commitments.

We are looking for.

  • Positive, curious, enthusiastic and collaborative attitude, with the ability to coordinate with a variety of personalities and work styles.

  • Helpful and empathetic, able to think and react on your feet.

  • Barista coffee making skills are a bonus, training provided if needed.

  • Proficient with standard cloud-based software, and a good understanding of general business practices.
